1. Dashboard Refresh [INSIGHT]
In 2021, we are taking a completely fresh approach to operational insights delivered through our dashboards.
The first thing you will note is that the dashboards are now organised differently. We are aligning the insights we deliver with the four CORE Elements that businesses use to manage their operational activities.
In our new approach, the operational insights are organised in different “tabs” available on the top right-hand side. For control, there are three options available:
- Overview tab: provides an overview of the controls for the business. A few tips to keep in mind as you start exploring:
- Use the filters on the top right to customise the information;
- Switch between monthly and quarterly view;
- Click on the bars and the chart legend to manage the information you see.
- By Owner tab: provides an exception report of sort for controls by Owner, highlight controls that are overdue, Red, Amber of New (yet to be assessed.)
- Controls Matrix tab: our experimental visualisation that maps all your controls against your risks.
We still have lots planned for our dashboards so watch this space for new nuggets of operational insights.
2. Re-branding [SERVICE]
In February, we updated the look for CoVi Analytics. It feels right because CoVi is much more than what it was four years ago with a growing number of applications in its App Suite (especially this year) and the launch of our new Compliance as a Service (CaaS).
